It is recommended that customers use our dropbox (envelopes provided) or one of the other methods of payment listed on the Bill Payment Options page.

Customers are encouraged to stay current with their bills to avoid getting too far behind and if anyone has billing or customer service questions, they can call 715-528-3330 and a utility representative is available to assist you, Monday – Friday, 8 am – 4 pm.

The utility’s goal is to continue to provide reliable electric, water, and natural gas service and minimize disruptions to support resources. It will continue to closely monitor this situation and do all it can to protect its customers, employees, and the general public.
